I don't know if this counts butttt..... instead of making a dish big enough to have left overs, I'll freeze half of it and pull it out a couple weeks later to cook. That way I only have to prepare it once but if feeds us a couple times!
LOVE the pictures!

I am thankful for YOU!

I love to freeze leftovers whenever possible. That is a tad difficult or impossible to do with some foods, but meat freezes well and some casseroles. I recently pulled out frozen ham and made a ham cobbler--thanks to the November issue of Southern Living!

Looks like you had lots of fun! Love how you decorated that grocery sack! So creative. Leftovers....hmmm, sorry. We aren't too creative with ours. We just reheat them or use them to make something else!

Hi there and thanks for your kind comment about Bou!

I love the wrapping paper!! Lovely recycling idea and it looks great.

Our leftovers usually go with my husband in a tupperware to eat for lunch at work the next day! And if we have things hanging around in the fridge/cupboard they usually get made into soup, or curry! A tip for leftover cold pizza is to squeeze lemon juice over it - sounds gross but is actually yummy!
